Throughout the Bible our Father God is constantly reminding us to be aware of the choices we make, because our choices have the potential to impact many lives through countless generations.
Our Kids WRAPs were born from a heart of being passionate about impacting the lives of our W@W moms and spiritual moms for the growth of God’s kingdom for the next generation. These monthly WRAPs are put together in a way that young children will easily understand the message of the Gospel and it creates a perfect opportunity for parents or carers of young children to open a door of discussion on the Biblical topic for the month.

The Shield of Faith… - Our faith in God, Jesus and the Bible acts as a shield over our lives to cover any doubts or struggles. Faith is believing that Jesus is our Saviour and that we can have eternal life through Him. When Satan throws flaming arrows at us (lies or doubts), we need to know, without doubt, what we believe and why we believe it. God is faithful and trustworthy. The truth of His Word will help us stand firm and victorious in our faith. "In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one". (Ephesians 6:14-16)

Die Skild van Geloof... - Ons geloof in God, Jesus en die Bybel dien as 'n skild oor ons lewens om ons te beskerm teen enige twyfel, sonde of moeilik omstandighede. Geloof is om te glo dat Jesus ons Verlosser is en dat ons deur Hom die ewige lewe kan beërwe. Wanneer Satan vlammende pyle na ons gooi (soos leuens of twyfel), moet ons sonder twyfel weet, wat ons glo en hoekom ons dit glo. God is getrou en die waarheid van Sy Woord sal ons help om standvastig in ons geloof te wees. “Dra onder alle omstandighede die skild van die geloof. Daarmee kan julle al die brandpyle blus wat die Bose afskiet”. (Efesiërs 6:16)

Terwyl ons nadink oor die viering van Paasfees hierdie maand, kom ons dank Jesus, dat Hy ons so lief het, dat Hy aan die kruis gesterf het om ons sondes te vergewe. Kom ons aanvaar Sy uitnodiging om al ons planne aan Hom oor te gee en Hom toe te laat om ons met Sy Heilige Gees te vul, sodat ons ons lewens kan bou volgens God se wil vir ons. “Vader, as U wil, neem tog hierdie lydensbeker van My af weg. Laat nogtans nie my wil nie maar u wil geskied!” (Lukas 22:42)

As we reflect on celebrating Easter this month, let us thank Jesus for loving us so much that He died on the cross to forgive our sins. Let us accept His invitation to surrender all our plans to Him and allow Him to fill us with His Holy Spirit, so that we can build our lives according to God's will. "Father, if you are willing, please take this cup of suffering away from me. Yet I want Your will to be done, not mine." (Luke 22:42)

The Shoes of Peace – Jesus is the Prince of Peace, and Jesus is our friend. He wants to help us walk in God’s perfect peace every day. So, as we clothe ourselves with the shoes of peace, let us be ready to spread hope, love and kindness as we walk throughout our days. (Ephesians 6:14-15)

Die Skoene van die Goeie Nuus van Vrede – Jesus is ons Vredevors en ons Vriend. Hy wil ons help om elke dag in God se volmaakte vrede te wandel. Dus, kom ons trek ons skoene van vrede aan, en wees gereed om hoop, liefde en vriendelikheid te versprei orals waar ons loop. (Efesiërs 6:14-15)
