Step into the hope we've been called to... - When we live the life God predestined for us, we become a fountain of HOPE. HOPE is what makes us fully alive! We can live a full, fruitful and content life as we surrender ALL to God and embrace the abundance of HOPE we’ve freely received through Jesus. He is our Lord and Saviour, Prince of Peace, our everlasting HOPE!
Fruit-bearing lives… - God gives us many wonderful promises in His Word. But to know and understand these promises, we need to know His Word (as David said – to meditate on it day and night). Are you a person of the Word? Do you trust God to renew and refresh you, and to provide for Your needs? Do you stand on His promises? Allowing Him to transform your life to bear much fruit for His kingdom?
My portion and my cup… - Let’s trust and know that because God is with us, we can live confident, purpose-driven, love-filled lives that overflow with joy, peace, hope and love! Psalm 16:7-8; 11 (AMP): “I will bless the Lord who has counselled me; Indeed, my heart (mind) instructs me in the night. I have set the Lord continually before me; Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore”.
Grace upon grace… - May we live in the amazing LOVE and GRACE of a Father who loves us unconditionality, who treasures us as His most valuable creation, and who Has amazing plans for us to live the lives He created us to live – as we show His LOVE, GRACE and MERCY to a desperate and needy world. We have a wealth of MERCY, GRACE is free, and that all, because of LOVE!!
The apple of God's eye... - How amazing to think that God, the Creator of the universe, so greatly loves and treasures us, that He calls us the “apple of His eye”. This implies that He longs to lavish us with His tender loving-kindness and care – inviting us into an intimate relationship to experience the wonder of His LOVE. “Keep me as the apple of Your eye; hide me in the shadow of Your wings” (Psalm 17:8 (NIV)).
The greatest commandment... - Love originates in our heart, soul and mind. It’s not just an emotion, a thought or a choice. It’s represented in the way we live – the way we act. It determines our view of the world, of ourselves and of our loved ones. Love is what gives meaning to our lives.
Satisfied in Jesus... - Is there a place in your heart that feels void or empty? What do you long and thirst for most? What does it mean when we say that our true source of joy and peace (the type that surpasses understanding in all circumstances; the type that satisfies our souls) can only be found in Jesus?
