W@W WRAP – Week 443

Hold, Be Still! – TLife often presents us with struggles, and it can be difficult to discern which battles are worth engaging in and which ones we ought to leave behind—especially when they drain our energy and cloud our focus. Yet we are called to fight with wisdom, recognising that not every conflict is ours to handle. It is essential to seek God’s guidance and trust that He will fight for us when we surrender to His will. Let us therefore pause, reflect, and listen for God’s voice as we navigate the challenges of life. As we consider the spiritual battles before us, we must remember: God is our ultimate defender, and it is in His strength that we find victory. We are called to respond in peace, anchored in faith, clothed in grace, and guided by the Spirit. (2 Chronicles 20:15–17)

W@W WRAP – Week 426

Christ’s Resurrection Power Within Us – When was the last time you faced an obstacle so significant that only God’s power could carry you through? The resurrection of Jesus is not just a past event—it is a present reality that transforms us. The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in us, breaking the chains of sin, fear, and despair. Our Lord’s victory calls us to step out in faith, trust in His strength, and shine His light in a world that desperately needs Him. Instead of relying on our own strength, may we surrender to our Father in Heaven, knowing that in our weakness, His power is made perfect. (1 Corinthians 15:57 & 1 Chronicles 16:11)

W@W WRAP – Week 415

Reflect, Rejoice, Release, Re-align and Remain in our Lord – As we approach the end of this year, let us pause to reflect on our journey. Whether filled with joy, victory, sorrow, or difficulty, each step has been intricately woven into God’s greater plan. Nothing we’ve faced, from moments of celebration to seasons of hardship, has been outside His sovereign care. Through it all, God has been faithful, guiding, sustaining, and working all things together for our good and His glory. As we look to 2025, may we seek His heart with renewed passion, aligning ourselves with His purpose and plans. May our lives be marked by a constant awareness of His presence and a deep trust in His wisdom, embracing the unknown with faith and confidence. Remember, in our Father’s hands, every moment becomes an opportunity for growth, renewal, and the fulfilment of His divine will. (Psalm 143:7, John 5:19 & 2 Timothy 4:7)

W@W WRAP – Week 402

Stand Firm! – We are called to find strength, wisdom and direction by standing firm on God's Word and promises. Though life may sometimes feel overwhelming, we are encouraged to stay grounded in the assurance that Jesus has already secured our victory on the cross. By embracing this truth, staying vigilant, and equipping ourselves with faith, righteousness, peace and resilience, we can remain steadfast no matter what challenges we face. Strength and victory are ours as we stand firm in the fullness of our identity in Christ. (Ephesians 6:10–13)

W@W WRAP – Week 331

Turning Trials into Triumphs! – Turning Trials into Triumphs… now there is a challenge! We are created in the image of God, but we live in a fallen world, full of challenges. The trials we encounter are common to all men. However, our loving Lord gave us a manual to go by as we face these challenges – His holy Word. As we spend time in the pages of the Bible, we will indeed learn how to live according to God's instructions. We will understand more about His unconditional love and saving grace, and about how we can give glory to God, in all seasons of life. (James 1:2-5)

Eternal glory! - As we prepare to celebrate the most significant event in history… I stopped for a moment to reflect on the meaning of Easter. What does Easter mean to you? The death of Jesus? An empty tomb? A Risen Christ?
