Praising God regardless… - Let us not react to current circumstances, but respond with worship and thanksgiving towards our Heavenly Father for His mercy, goodness, faithfulness, nearness, direction, provision, kindness, grace, unfailing love and blessings! May we reject the prevailing voices and opinions that are based only on external, visible realities; and instead go back to God’s Word (the Bible) as our foundation and only source of truth! And, may we pray like never before! (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)

United in worship, Bible reading and prayer... - We as God’s children are called to do life together, support each other and unite in prayer! So let us worship like never before; take time to memorise and recite scripture (getting back into God’s Word); and get on our knees and pray without ceasing. “I lift up my eyes to the mountains – where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth” (Psalm 121:1-2 (NIV)).

Worship regardless… - Let us apply our understanding of who God is, to stir our emotions and feelings (affecting the condition of our hearts), so that our natural response (action) is to devote our lives to WORSHIPPING God in and through all circumstances.

There's already a path to the other side... - What keeps you awake at night? What is the mountain, ocean or barrier that makes you feel like there is just no way to the other side? God delivered the Israelites from Egyptian slavery by removing the obstacle they faced – the red sea (Exodus 14:21-31). He created an unseen, untraceable path to the other side… Sometimes we are facing a battle – a sickness, a challenging situation, an unfulfilled desire… and we find ourselves thinking; “It’s impossible – there is no way to cross this ocean or to win this battle”. But let’s remind ourselves today: God has already prepared a path to the other side: We just need to trust Him; Wait on Him; and Follow His directions!

Way maker, miracle worker... - Do you trust that our Heavenly Father is your “way maker, your miracle worker, your obstacle remover?” Let’s continue to worship God as the Lord of our lives, and King over all that we do. Let’s glorify Him for straight and smooth paths before us – for making a way, even if we sometimes feel there’s no clear way through “our wilderness!” Isaiah 40:3 (AMP): “A voice of one is calling out: Clear the way for the Lord in the wilderness [remove the obstacles]; Make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God.”

A life of worship... - I was challenged this week to take a deeper look into how our lives (our actions and reactions, the joys and sorrow – the things that flows from our hearts) reflect and worship God. How often do we go through the motion of “worshipping” God with our lips while our hearts are far away from Him? Worship reveals the true condition of our hearts. It reveals who is truly King and Lord over our lives. It reveals who or what holds the highest priority in our lives. Our thoughts, words and actions flow from the condition of our hearts...
