W@W WRAP – Week 375

You are invited… – How amazing to think that every one of us is invited to the most magnificent wedding feast ever, the greatest reception dinner ever planned, the most extraordinary love story ever told. So, let us make sure that we don't miss the opportunity to RSVP by accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and personal Saviour, and enter into the presence of our glorious, gracious, merciful and loving Father in Heaven. Have you accepted this invitation? Will you extend this invitation to those around you? (Revelation 19:6-9)

W@W WRAP – Week 374

Walking with Jesus – Have you ever felt lost in life or wondered who you are, where you're going, or what your purpose is? Let's remember that our identity is not defined by this world, but by Whose we are. God has a good plan for each of us, and we have an open invitation from Jesus to walk with Him and leave follow-worthy footsteps behind. (Matthew 4:19-22)

W@W WRAP – Week 373

The Foundational Truth – Even though we may go through seasons when the fig tree doesn't blossom and the vines seem to have no fruit, when the weight of this world feels unbearable, we can rejoice in our Lord's steadfast love, faithfulness and guidance. God's Word is a beacon of hope that radiates strength, encouragement and wisdom when we need it most. Let us earnestly seek God's will through an intimate relationship with Him and obediently follow where He leads us. Today, let us declare and hold onto this foundational truth: "If God is for us, nothing can ever stand against us." (Proverbs 3:5-6; Hebrews 4:12; Luke 22:42)

W@W WRAP – Week 370

Whatever comes next, we will praise our Lord! – In this world, we are bound to face unexpected challenges, injustice, wars, health issues, difficult decisions, evil and hurt. However, no matter what comes next, let us always respond by praising our Lord because He is good, loving and faithful. Our Heavenly Father is the only constant in our lives, and His truth propels us to embrace a Kingdom mindset, find hope and experience joy. Furthermore, we don't have to go through life alone; our Lord blesses us with a community of believers from whom we can draw strength and learn from their experiences. His grace ignites us with His divine plan and purpose for our lives so that we can earnestly praise Him through each and every situation and share His transformative love with the world around us. (Psalm 100:1-3)

W@W WRAP – Week 369

The Presence of God – From Genesis to Revelation, there are many promises made by God to His people. The beautiful truth is that we can, without any doubt, hold on to these promises as the Bible assures us of God's faithfulness and that we can trust that He will fulfil what He promised (Romans 4:21). One such wonderful promise from God is that He dwells among us and His divine presence will never leave us! So, let us open our hearts today as we draw closer to God and long to experience more of Him. May we let go of all distractions and enter into the Holy presence of our Heavenly Father. (Revelation 21:3)

God’s plans and purposes... – We don’t need to be fearful about the year ahead. Instead, we can stand firm on God’s promises and see His salvation at work in and around us! Let us be eager to listen and obey when God speaks to us. Let us grow in trusting Him as He guides and leads us through each day. May we ask God to set us free from burdens that are holding us back from walking in all He has planned for us. Let’s simply declare today: “Here I am God, use me!” (Proverbs 3:5)

W@W WRAP – Week 265

What’s your plan to be in His plan, this year? – As we come to the end of the first month of 2022, let us pause for a moment to reflect upon our plan to be aligned with God’s will for our lives this year. Maybe it feels as if you have already had some missteps due to the busyness the new year brings. Don’t despair! How amazing to remember that our Lord speaks to us, over and over, about how to approach each year, each month, each week, and each day. Let us re-prioritise the time we spend in God’s presence, in His Word and in worshipping Him, so that His plans and purposes will prevail in our lives. (Ephesians 5:15-17)

W@W WRAP – Week 264

Pausing to come to Jesus… – Let us pray together today: “Jesus, it’s all about You! Everything we are, our entire being, starts and continues to flow from who You are and who You created us to be. We cannot be spiritually healthy without Your touch from heaven. So Lord, please come and renew our minds and fill our hearts. Refill our spirits with Your perfect peace, reset our priorities to long and seek after You like never before! Help us to simply come as we are and follow where You lead us. Bless us with Your presence so that we can find renewal and peace in You.” (John 6:37)

W@W WRAP – Week 197

Standing Strong… - As we face trials or tribulations, we can stand victorious, because of Jesus, our Lord and Saviour. We have a choice – to either allow the world to shake us, or to remain immovable in our trust in God. So, let us be determined, in all circumstances, to STOP, PAUSE and PRAY about everything. Let’s feed ourselves spiritually every day, to keep the enemy at bay and to enable us to be a shining light to the world around us. May we boldly declare: “We will not be shaken, because we stand immovable in our trust in God!” (Proverbs 18:10)
