Reflected Glory: Becoming Radiant in Christ – In our own strength, we fall short—again and again. But the gospel doesn’t ask us to strive harder; it invites us to surrender deeper. When we yield to Christ, His Spirit transforms us. His grace shapes our hearts. His beauty shines—not from us, but through us. Like the moon reflects the sun, we reflect the radiance of the Son. Any light the world sees in us is Christ’s image being formed within us. God is shaping us into the likeness of Jesus. And we’ll know He’s getting us there—when our lives reflect His heart, His Spirit, His love and His values. That’s what delights Him. That’s what gives our lives beauty and eternal meaning. What has power in your life? – Every day we have choices to make – some small, some big! Every choice has a result, a consequence. Who or what holds the power to sway your decisions? Is it the Holy Spirit or the call of this world and the sin within it? The Bible tells us that through Jesus Christ, we no longer need be slaves to sin! Through the completed work of the cross, we are free and equipped to grow into the likeness of Christ so that our lives will be a living testimony that reflects His glory! So let’s choose life in Jesus! Let’s turn our hearts back to God and remain rooted in prayer, standing firm in our faith to defeat any attacks from the evil one. (Romans 6:6,11)
