W@W WRAP – Week 262

Pausing to Breathe! – Usually, when the new year starts, we are ready to run… We are prepared to chase our New Year’s resolutions, new spiritual habits, new opportunities, and all things fresh and different. Yet, I would like to challenge us today to pause and breathe – to tap into the unsung rhythms of grace – to be still and know that our faithful God has 2022 under control! (Ezekiel 37:4-6)

W@W WRAP – Week 261

Pausing to Celebrate! – How often do you pause to simply enjoy eating your favourite fruit or treat? Have you ever taken a quick moment to look at it, feel it, smell it, touch it before indulging in the taste of it? As we enter a new year, may we take time to celebrate TODAY by being present in the moment and rejoicing in the many blessings we receive from God – however big or small they may be. (Psalm 118:24)

W@W WRAP – Week 220

Rejoice in the God of our Salvation… - Let us pray this week that our Lord will give us eyes to see ourselves and others the way He sees us. This will help us understand our identity, purpose and calling. Then, even when we go through trials or seasons of waiting, we will not become weary, confused or shaken. We will hold onto God, knowing in our hearts that He will heal, keep and guide us. Let us continue to draw closer to God, allowing Him to fill us with His truth, His love and His Spirit. (Habakkuk 3:17-18)

W@W WRAP – Week 206

Rejoicing in the One Who is in control… - When we look back over 2020, we may experience feelings of disappointment, hurt, frustration, confusion… BUT what great comfort we have as children of God, knowing that: Jesus is the Prince of peace in the midst of chaos; We can stand victorious in all circumstances, because our Lord has already overcome the world; We received the Holy Spirit as our Helper to give us strength and to remind us of God’s faithfulness and His loving-heart for us. So, let us rejoice, pray and give thanks to the One who is ultimately in control of our lives! (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)
