More of Him, Less of Me – In a world that urges us to promote ourselves, seek recognition, and take control, the call of Christ is radically different. John the Baptist’s humble declaration in John 3:30 (ESV) serves as a compass for our hearts: “He must increase, but I must decrease.” This is more than a quote—it’s a daily posture. To decrease so that God can increase in us is not about self-erasure, but self-surrender. It’s not about disappearing, but about becoming a clearer window through which the world sees Jesus. When we shift the focus from ourselves to our Lord, from our agenda to His will, our lives are set free—free to shine not for our glory, but for His.
