W@W WRAP – Week 461

Breaking Free from Comparison — Have you ever found yourself scrolling through social media—seeing perfect homes, smiling families, and dream holidays—and suddenly feeling… less than? Comparison is so subtle, so silent, that it often slips in unnoticed. Yet it is powerful. It creeps into our hearts whispering, “You’re not enough. You’re behind. You don’t measure up.” But here’s the truth: Comparison is not just a thief of joy—it’s a thief of wisdom, gratitude, and worship. It blinds us to our blessings, breeds discontent, and distracts us from our divine calling. It makes us look sideways when God is calling us to look upward. God never intended for us to live as a copy. We are His original masterpiece—crafted with divine intention and purpose. (Galatians 6:4–5, Philippians 4:11–12 & John 21:22)

W@W WRAP – Week 358

A Different Perspective… – Have you ever wondered if your view of life differs from others? Do you often find yourself getting caught up in various perspectives, opinions, and the pains of this world, instead of seeing them from God's point of view? Let us ask our Lord today to help us redirect our thoughts towards Him and allow His Word to transform us. May we experience His unwavering faithfulness and boundless compassion, as we remain in Him, our source of hope, restoration, love and peace. (Lamentations 3:22-23)

W@W WRAP – Week 357

What am I really worth? – Looking at ourselves against worldly standards can easily lead to discouragement, impatience and doubts about our worth and value here on earth. However, when we shift our perspective to that of God, who created each of us, we realise that we are of the highest value. Being made in His very own image, we are valued more than silver or gold in His eyes. As such, we can trust in God's divine plan, rejoice in the knowledge that He prizes nothing in His creation above us, and count our blessings one by one. (1 Corinthians 3:18-23)

W@W WRAP – Week 336

Running our Earthly Race Together! – Have you ever felt like you're running in a different direction to the rest of the world? If so, you're not alone. God has given us His Word to guide us on our earthly journey, and has blessed us with Godly friends to learn from, pray for, and love. Instead of following the world's ways, let's seek to understand God's ways. Rather than avoiding changes and challenges, let's embrace them. By enduring, we can find joy, grow in our faith, bring glory to God, and lead others to Jesus. (Matthew 5:3-10)

W@W WRAP – Week 299

Purpose in the process – You have possibly experienced going to an optometrist or eye doctor – whether for a test, glasses, contacts, or surgery to restore your eyesight to what they call 20/20 vision. That is 'normal vision' in which a person can see an object clearly from 20 feet away. Today, let's consider what we will call 50/20 vision. In Genesis 50:20, Joseph looks back over things that happened throughout his life, and sees how God worked even the negative experiences for good. There is always purpose in the process. What is your perspective of your past, and of today; and how do you see your tomorrows? May we always stand in awe of our amazing Heavenly Father and count our blessings one by one! (Genesis 50:15-21)

W@W WRAP – Week 256

For as we think in our hearts, so we are… – Let us allow God to lead us in His most excellent way of gospel truth and gospel love. Let’s allow Him to shower us with His goodness as we walk beside His peaceful streams, and as we are reminded of His greatness and strength to defeat strongholds and win the battles in our hearts and minds. Let’s never forget the wonder of His Word. May we observe closely, be amazed and respond in obedience to what He is doing in our lives. (Habakkuk 3:17-19; Isaiah 55:9; Ecclesiastes 3:1-8; Psalm 23:1-3)
