Lies Women Believe Online Study Group
“Many women live under a cloud of personal guilt and condemnation”, says Nancy Leigh DeMoss. “Many are in bondage to their past. Others are gripped by fear of rejection and a longing for approval. Still others are emotional prisoners”. In this 12-week study we look at the areas of deception most commonly believed by Christian women — lies about God, sin, priorities, marriage and family, emotions, and more. The study sheds light on how we can be delivered from bondage and set free to walk in God’s grace, forgiveness, and abundant life. Our most effective weapon to counter and overcome Satan’s deceptions is God’s truth!
What is the Lies Women Believe Online Study about?
Lies Women Believe provides foundational teaching on God’s truth about womanhood. It is a twelve-week study, divided into daily reading and weekly discussions. Each person completes the daily reading in their own time (approx. 20 minutes per day required). Then each week, we meet online (for an hour) to discuss, explore and apply the lessons learned.
How does a W@W Online Study Group work?
Introduction and welcome session:
Our first meeting will be an Introduction and Welcome Session. For this session all you will need is your laptop / cell phone, a good Internet connection and a warm cup of coffee. During this session we will discuss in detail how your study will run each week, what you need to do, how you can prepare for your study and lot’s more.
Starting: Wednesday evening, 24 July 2019 @ 20:00-21:00pm (GMT+2)
Duration: 12 weeks (Including the Introduction Session, weekly studies, and close-out Coffee Session)

One hour online get-together via a platform called Zoom. This Afrikaans group gets together on Wednesday evenings at 20:00-21:00pm (GMT+2).
