A Journey of Becoming: From Glory to Glory

Read:

2 Corinthians 3:18 (NKJV): “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.”

Romans 12:1–2 (NKJV): “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

Let us be determined this week to consider 5 Insights for a Transformed Life:

1️⃣ Live with Unveiled Faces. In Christ, the veil is lifted. No more masks. No more hiding in fear, shame, or striving. We are invited into raw, unhindered fellowship with the King of Glory. This is the wonder of the gospel—that every believer who beholds Christ can stand unveiled in His presence.

2️⃣ Fix Our Gaze. What has your attention? What dominates your focus? Remember this unshakable truth: We become what we behold. If our eyes are locked on the world, we reflect its shadows. But if our gaze is fixed on Christ, His Spirit reshapes us into His radiant likeness.

3️⃣ Embrace the Slow Work of God. Transformation rarely happens in an instant. It is chiselled in waiting, refined in surrender, polished in trials, and celebrated in joy. Every moment—painful or precious—becomes holy ground when surrendered to the hands of the Master.

4️⃣ Live Sacrificially. Paul calls us to present our bodies as living sacrifices. True worship is not merely a song sung on Sunday—it is a life laid down daily. Our Mondays, our midnights, our unseen struggles, and our ordinary routines all become offerings when placed on His altar.

5️⃣ Renew Our Minds. Transformation begins in the hidden places—in the battleground of our thoughts. A renewed mind is one aligned with God’s truth, resistant to the world’s mould, and resonant with heaven’s reality. When our thinking is shaped by the Word, our living is shaped by Christ.

Pray:

Lord Jesus, thank You that You never leave us as we are. Thank You for lifting the veil and inviting us to stand before Youunveiled, known, and loved. Today, we fix our gaze on You. Take our lives as living sacrifices. Renew our minds by Your Word. Transform us from the inside out. Spirit of God, lead us faithfully on this holy journey—from glory to glory—until Christ is fully formed in us, and Your light shines through every part of our lives. In Your precious Name we pray. Amen.

Remember:Transformation is not a moment to chase, but a journey to embrace—one choice, one yielding, one radiant unveiling at a time. Every day we fix our eyes on Jesus is a day we become more like Him. From glory to glory—that is the breathtaking story God Himself is writing in each one of us.”
