Embracing Change and Trusting in God’s Guidance!

Read:

Ecclesiastes 3:1 (KJV): “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the Heaven.”

Act:

Let us be determined this week to:

Trust in God’s eternal presence, faithfulness and sovereignty. Let us never forget that our Lord is in control and exists beyond the constraints of time. While we, as mortal beings, experience the passage of time and the fluctuating seasons of life, God is constant and unchanging. He is always faithful and our anchor during times of uncertainty. We can, therefore, confidently navigate life’s challenges, knowing that God is guiding us towards His purpose and plan for our lives with His unwavering love and grace.

Find strength in times of change. Even when our current situation seems perplexing, may we anchor our faith in the unchanging character of our Father in Heaven. He orchestrates every detail of our lives, and His plans for us are good. His promises endure forever. He will provide us with the strength, wisdom, and guidance necessary to face whatever challenges may come our way. Regardless of our season, may we embrace growth and transformation, allowing God to renew our minds and shape us into all He created us to be. Let us accept and adapt to the rhythms of life, understanding that each season brings its own unique lessons, blessings, and experiences.

Surrender to God’s leading with courage. No matter what season of life we are in or the challenges we may face, may we remain faithful and seek God’s will as we rejoice in our Lord’s goodness. As we journey, let us shine brightly for His glory, knowing that God’s love and grace provide clarity and purpose.

Pray:

Dear Lord, we stand here before You in awe. We sometimes feel flabbergasted by what is happening in this crazy world. We know that we are in this world, but we are not from this world. Would You guide us and bless us with discernment, wisdom and clarity? Help us recognize Your voice always, and help us choose what will make us grow closer to You.

Dear Lord Jesus, we thank You so much for Your Word. We thank You so much for Your truth. Holy Spirit, please help us to see things that we have stored up in our hearts that limit us, that are not in line with Your Word and Your truth. Help us to come back to who You created us to be and help us to walk forward freely in the Spirit and not in the flesh. Moment by moment in challenging situations, may we choose life, Father God, and may we choose Your truth and Your promises and may we live faithfully. In Jesus’ name.

So, Father, we thank You that in You there is no variation. There is no shadow even due to change. You are the light, shining in the way, showing us where to go. Therefore, we can trust You today. We don’t have to trust ourselves. We don’t have to trust anybody else. People will fail us. We will fail. We will fail You, but You will never fail us. And we thank You for that. In Jesus’ name.

Lord, thank You so much that You have called us to a significant life. Lord, You have a plan and a purpose for each and every one of us. Lord, You often call us to step out into an area that requires us to be courageous. We know that You’ve called us and so, help us. Deal with us in those things that keep us from stepping out in courage. Whether it be pride, self-reliance, or timidity, whatever the case may be, Lord, help us to step into what You’ve called us to do. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
