Our Heavenly Father's Blessing… - God’s promises, blessing and protection are with us always. This means that we can enter this year with joy-filled, peaceful hearts. We can rest in the presence of our Lord as we will always be at peace when we live with the realisation that God is with us and for us.
We are because HE IS… - Moses asked God who He is… and God replied: “I AM” (Exodus 3:13-14). This implies that God is who He says He is; He is our Father, our Creator. He is eternally constant and faithful. His promises stand forever. He is ever-present and unchanging. He is completely sufficient. He accomplishes what He wills. As we enter the new year, let us remember that our Lord is God over our lives!
