Jack has been involved in church-based ministry for the past 20 years. During this time, he has held several leadership positions and has, by the grace of God, shown his talent as a leader. His passion for Biblical counselling was ignited following a battle with burnout. He now serves as a Pastor to the students and Biblical counsellor, with his ministry practice in the picturesque Boland town of Paarl, South Africa, where he resides with his beautiful wife, Carina.

Heidemarie (Heidi) Coetzee has been the director of Khuluma Family Counselling since May 2013. She has a strong managerial and teaching background from working as a Hazardous Waste Consultant in the waste management field for 14 years, working as an educator and lecturer for 7 years and as a social worker for 12 years. Her specialities are managing and motivating staff, project management and counselling.
She is passionate about developing human capital and found ways to teach and train those entrusted to her throughout her career. This passion for developing people urged her to further her studies in social work, as a platform for merging her concern for the environment, people and sustainability into the field of community development.

Emilise is the founder of DARE Training. She is a Behavioural Consultant and Coach, with a master’s degree in Psychology. She has an international accreditation as a coach, and certification as an NBI consultant and coach and as a Brain Gym In-Depth counsellor. She is passionate about empowering people to reach their full potential and raising leaders, whether it is through presenting DARE courses or sharing her experiences as a motivational speaker. Although Dare was founded in 2003, She has been in the human development industry for 20 years. As a former teacher, her passion and dream to train, coach and consult people started.

Marietjie obtained her Masters degree in 1993 at the University of Pretoria, and registered as a Psychologist.
In 1993 she began working at the South African Police Service as a Psychologist for the Special Unit (ISU). During her service as Psychologist she gained tremendous experience in especially trauma management. She was responsible for the psychological well-being of members of this Unit. She gave Psychological assistance and gave training in “soft skills”. In 1998 Marietjie, left the SAPD and started, with a Co-Psychologist, a Business called Mesitys Trauma Management. In 2001 she went on her own focusing on counselling and training. Marietjie is also the founder of Mesites Christian Academy (Pty) Ltd. She specialised in Counselling- and Life skills Training, Healing retreats, Motivational speaking and conducts counselling daily.

Liz is a Pathology Pastoral Counsellor who helps people with chronic diseases to get to the root or origin of the problem in body, soul or spirit. She is registered with the CPSC (Council for Pastoral and Spiritual Counsellors as Religious Specialist). She is also a Health Coach who uses Lifestyle Medicine to aid people to cope with their lifestyle demands and stress management. She guides people with prayer and counselling through inner healing and trauma counselling combined with lifestyle adjustments and stress management to a life of wholeness in body, soul and spirit.

Rika started studying at MyFiladelfia in 2009 and completed her Honours in Pastoral Counselling. She then completed her Masters of Arts in Theological Studies at Mints. In 2019 she completed her Masters of Theology with Pastoral Studies at North West University. She is currently busy with her Phd in Theology with Pastoral studies at North West University. She lives in Parys, in the Free State.
