W@W WRAP – Week 428

Intentional, God-honouring Living – Not every storm strengthens us—some are distractions, pulling us from God’s purpose. These fruitless storms stir fear and confusion, wasting time and energy. But let us remember that God also uses certain storms for growth. Instead of striving in our own strength, we must rely fully on His power and guidance. True alignment comes from seeking His will with humility, prayer and true surrender. When we discern distractions from a Godly perspective, we can stand firm in our faith, trust our Lord’s direction, and stay focused on His unique calling for our lives. (Galatians 6:7–8, James 4:17 & Galatians 6:4–5)

W@W WRAP – Week 422

Lessons from the Past Propel Us into the Future – The new year is a chance to leave behind the weight of past mistakes, hurts and regrets to embrace a fresh start. Like rowers who move forward while looking back, we reflect on the past—not to dwell on it, but to learn and grow. Forgiveness, acceptance and peace are crucial on this journey, reminding us that while our past shapes us, it does not define us. When moving forward feels difficult, may we immerse ourselves in prayer, seek wise counsel, and trust God’s guidance through every season. Together, as a community of believers, may we walk this path in faith, knowing that we are never alone! (Philippians 3:12–16, Isaiah 43:18–19 & Psalm 32:8)

W@W WRAP – Week 319

When the Storms of Life are Raging – When the storms of life rage, and we cry for answers, and no answers seem to come, what do we do? May we run to our Heavenly Father, submitting to Him and seeking His direction. May we ask Him to give us the wisdom, grace and strength to persevere and relinquish all that weighs us down, so that we can be set free! Our challenges do not catch Him off-guard. Let us stand firm on the truth of who God is and not neglect His Word or our time spent with Him. Let us boldly ask Him to use our challenges to bring about a great harvest – for His glory and the advancement of His Kingdom. (James 1:2-3)
