W@W WRAP – Week 398

Not my Will, but Yours be Done! – We often struggle with the question, "What is God's will for my life?" However, we need to consider the broader question, "What is God's will?" Most of the time, we seek God's will during tough times or major decisions, wondering, "Why did God allow this to happen?" or "Is God still in control?" But His will is more than just moments – His will is Jesus Christ. It is about pursuing an intimate relationship with our Savior and glorifying Him in all we do. God's plan is far bigger than our individual desires; He invites us to be part of His grand mission to bring hope and salvation to the world. By aligning with His greater purpose, we discover our true calling and make His will a living part of our daily lives. When we surrender our lives and selfish ambitions into His loving and gracious hands, we cannot help but proclaim, "Not my will, but Yours be done!" (John 6:38–40)

W@W WRAP – Week 373

The Foundational Truth – Even though we may go through seasons when the fig tree doesn't blossom and the vines seem to have no fruit, when the weight of this world feels unbearable, we can rejoice in our Lord's steadfast love, faithfulness and guidance. God's Word is a beacon of hope that radiates strength, encouragement and wisdom when we need it most. Let us earnestly seek God's will through an intimate relationship with Him and obediently follow where He leads us. Today, let us declare and hold onto this foundational truth: "If God is for us, nothing can ever stand against us." (Proverbs 3:5-6; Hebrews 4:12; Luke 22:42)

W@W WRAP – Week 271

Pressing On… – We can entrust all of our plans into the loving and caring hands of our Heavenly Father. God’s will, plans and timing are always perfect. God is in control of our future. However, we are responsible for living according to His calling right now. As we rejoice in His goodness, may we allow Him to examine our hearts, and to help us follow where He leads us, knowing that we have a mission to shine our heavenly lights and bring hope to the nations. (Philippians 3:13-14)

W@W WRAP – Week 270

Havoc in the Heavenlies! – How blessed we are that we have been given the gift of prayer amid the uncertainty of our world today? Jesus knew, over 2000 years ago, that it was vital to His Kingdom and our well-being to spend time before Him in prayer. May we realise that even though we may not see answers on this earth, as Oswald Chambers reminds us, "The biggest answers to our prayers are in the realm of the unseen. A praying saint performs far more havoc among the unseen forces of darkness than we have the slightest notion of." (Ephesians 6:12)

W@W WRAP – Week 267

The importance of an obedient heart… – As we turn our focus towards the state of our hearts today, may we ask God to create in us a clean heart, a renewed spirit, and a posture of submission towards Him as we trust in His faithfulness. A life that radiates God’s honour is marked by obedience and bold confidence in the path He has called us to. Let us fully devote our hearts to be springs of living water for the glory of our Heavenly Father. (Proverbs 4:23)

W@W WRAP – Week 256

For as we think in our hearts, so we are… – Let us allow God to lead us in His most excellent way of gospel truth and gospel love. Let’s allow Him to shower us with His goodness as we walk beside His peaceful streams, and as we are reminded of His greatness and strength to defeat strongholds and win the battles in our hearts and minds. Let’s never forget the wonder of His Word. May we observe closely, be amazed and respond in obedience to what He is doing in our lives. (Habakkuk 3:17-19; Isaiah 55:9; Ecclesiastes 3:1-8; Psalm 23:1-3)

W@W WRAP – Week 255

Equipped and empowered for our calling… – Let us pray today: “Father God, we long to sit beside Your still waters, and feed off of Your Word as Your presence refreshes our souls. As we are filled with Your living waters and Your promises over our lives, may we become a source of light and hope to others. Help us to rise up and faithfully walk in obedience to Your call. Equip and empower us by Your Holy Spirit to stand firm and have courage as we share the message of Good News!” (Colossians 4:3)

W@W WRAP – Week 254

Called, Equipped and Never Alone… – Isn’t it wonderful to know that we are loved and generously cared for by our Almighty Heavenly Father? He is always with us, and He has set us apart and equipped us with gifts and talents to do the work He has called us to. He provides the wisdom and understanding we need to not grow weary in doing what is good, right and true, but to obediently hold on to His promises. (Matthew 28:19-20)

W@W WRAP – Week 198

Steadfast in praying and determined in our faith… - May we remain confident of this: That we will see the goodness of our Lord here on earth. Because of His saving grace and great love towards us, we can boldly push through any circumstance. We don’t have to give up, or grow impatient in our waiting. Let’s rather take heart, and be strong, brave and courageous. Let’s hold on to our hope, because the One within us will never leave or disappoint us. He has already overcome the world, and there is nothing that can separate us from Him and His love for us! So, let us be steadfast in prayer, standing firm on our faith in Jesus; and by His strength, being a blessing to others here on earth. (Romans 8:37-39; Psalm 27:13-14; Daniel 10:18-19)

W@W WRAP – Week 197

Standing Strong… - As we face trials or tribulations, we can stand victorious, because of Jesus, our Lord and Saviour. We have a choice – to either allow the world to shake us, or to remain immovable in our trust in God. So, let us be determined, in all circumstances, to STOP, PAUSE and PRAY about everything. Let’s feed ourselves spiritually every day, to keep the enemy at bay and to enable us to be a shining light to the world around us. May we boldly declare: “We will not be shaken, because we stand immovable in our trust in God!” (Proverbs 18:10)
